Christmas time or the Holiday Season is always a part of the year that I look forward to besides the summer and Thanks Giving. Mostly because I enjoy the atmosphere and the time I can spend at home alone or with family. The music, food, smell, family and general atmosphere makes this time of year relaxing. 

If I’m not somewhere reading Calvin and Hobbes I’m probably watching Christmas Specials or sleeping.

I enjoy the Christmas Specials and movies, I can spend all day sipping hot chocolate and watching them. Its actually part of a tradition of mine to just sit through the cartoon network Christmas marathon. Partly because watching it gets me more into the Christmas mood and reminds me of my childhood but its also the time where I get to see many of the popular shows and characters that I used to enjoy. 

That last sentence makes it sound kind of sad. But I assure you its not. They make the holidays and specifically for me Christmas more special and more of something to look forward to. I don’t know. It’s just fun to forget about the year and just watch cartoons or movies. Maybe thats why I became a film major.
